Unverified Players
Unverified players should reach out to support-on@bet99.ca and explain that they want to withdraw from an unverified and self-excluded account. A copy of your ID such as Drivers License or Passport should be attached, along with a proof of address document such as a bank statement or utility bill dated in the previous 90 days. We will then reach out to you if any other details are required in order to verify your identity before proceeding with a wire transfer of funds attempt.
