Self-exclusion is a BET99 feature allowing you to block access to your account for a specified amount of time, or permanently. The time periods for which a self-exclusion can be activated are six months, one year, five years or permanently.
If you ever feel that your gambling is no longer fun and you no longer wish to use your BET99 account, we will always recommend a self-exclusion.
Initiated in the settings section of your account, once activated you will immediately be logged out and excluded from all future marketing emails, SMS and other targeted advertising. You will also receive an email from us explaining where further support can be found such as local counselling services in your area. During your exclusion period, you will also be prevented from opening any subsequent BET99 accounts.
