Is the game stuck or did you lose your internet connection?
Game Is Stuck
- You got disconnected in the middle of having great fun? Don't worry. Most of our games have a save game state.
- This means that if you login again to your BET99 Ontario account from the same device, the game will reload and resume from the position where it was disconnected so that you can continue your game.
- If no action was necessary on your side then the game outcome will be determined and any wins will be credited to your account.
- Note that some of our games do not have the save game state.
- This means that in such games, in the event of a disconnection, a determination will be made by the game server on your behalf.
Lost Internet Connection
- All game rounds are logged separately in our system so if you do lose your connection, the round will still be valid.
- Slots that were spinning during the disconnection will finish the round even if connection is lost.
- You can check the result of the round by going to 'Game History'.
If your issue remains unsolved, please complete the following troubleshooting steps:
- Make sure all sessions are closed in the browser.
- Clear cache and cookies.
- Try incognito window.
- After completing these steps, please re-launch the game and finish the round.
