Follow the steps below to request a withdrawal.
Desktop:
- Log in and go to your Profile by clicking the icon beside the deposit button on the homepage.
- Select Wallet from the menu.

Choose the withdrawal method you wish to use. Keep in mind that you must make a deposit using a certain payment method in order to complete a withdrawal through that same method.

- Log in and click on "Account" at the bottom of the homepage.
- Select "Withdraw" from the menu.
