A withdrawal cannot be processed while you have an active bonus. If you wish to withdraw while a bonus is active, you have two options:
- Delete your bonus and you are free to proceed with the withdrawal. If you attempt a withdrawal while a bonus is active, your bonus will be automatically deleted and all funds attached to this bonus will be forfeited.
- Wager the bonuses until the rollover is completed and the bonus is "released" to your cash funds, upon which time you can withdraw your money.
