How to Update Your Account Limits
Setting personal limits is one of the most effective ways to ensure that your gambling remains safe, enjoyable, and within your means. We strongly recommend reviewing and setting your limits before you begin playing.
Remember: only gamble with money you can afford to lose.
You can set or update your limits at any time by going to: My Account → Account Settings → Limits.
Types of Limits You Can Set
You have the flexibility to manage several types of financial and time-based limits. These apply over one of three time periods:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
If you set limits across multiple time periods (as example : a daily and a weekly deposit limit), then the lowest limit will always apply.
Deposit Limits
These limits help you control how much you can add to your account:
- Maximum Deposit Limit (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Maximum Deposit per Transaction
- Maximum Deposit Count (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Gaming and Loss Limits
These limits control how much you can wager or lose while playing:
- Bet Count Limit (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Bet Transaction Limit (Applies separately to Casino, Live Casino, and Sports products)
- Gaming Limit for Total Bets Amount (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
- Session Limit (Daily time limit for gaming sessions within a single session)
- Maximum Loss Amount (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
You can view your limit history for any selected timeframe by navigating to: My Account → Account Settings → Limits → Limit History.
Changing Your Limits
Decreasing Limits
You can reduce any limit at any time, and the change will take effect immediately. Lowering your limits is a great way to strengthen control over your gameplay.
Increasing Limits
If you choose to increase any of your limits, a 24-hour cool-off period will apply. This delay is designed to protect you from making impulsive or emotionally driven decisions.
Before increasing a limit, please take time to reflect on your financial situation. Never increase your limits in an attempt to chase losses.
