Once your BET99 account has been successfully created, you cannot change your email address, name, date of birth or address.
You can update your phone number and occupation in "Personal Details" by clicking on the Profile section beside the “Deposit” button.
If you need to update your email address, name, date of birth, or address, please contact our support team.
In order to change any personal information on your account, you will be required to send a valid and non-expired government-issued identity document.
Keep in mind that any requests to change the address on your account must be accompanied by a recent proof of address document. This document must be dated no less than 90 days of the change request and contain your name and address.
